When we build your website, we sometimes source stock photos or free-use images to complement the content you provide. Here is how ownership and licensing work for those images.
Images you provided
Any photos, logos, or graphics you sent to us are yours. We don't claim ownership of your assets. If you cancel, you can request copies of everything you originally provided.
Stock photos we sourced
When we source images from stock libraries (such as Unsplash, Pexels, or licensed stock services), those images are used under their respective licenses. The licenses typically allow commercial use on your website, but they don't transfer ownership of the image to you or to WebEaze.
If you cancel and want to use those images on a site hosted elsewhere, you would need to verify the license of each image independently and re-download them from the original source if allowed.
What happens at cancellation
When your subscription ends, your site goes offline. We don't automatically provide a package of your website's image assets. If you want copies of the images used on your site before cancellation, submit a request before your subscription ends and we'll put together what we can.
