This document lists all fees outside of your monthly or annual plan. Everything here is optional or situational. Your plan covers day-to-day updates, hosting, and support at no extra charge. Fees on this page apply only when you request something beyond that scope.
Before reviewing the fee schedule, it helps to know what's included at no extra cost. The fees below only apply to requests that go beyond your plan's scope. When in doubt, just ask and we'll let you know before doing anything.
These are billed as a single charge, separate from your subscription. You'll always receive a confirmation of the fee before we proceed with any work.
A focused update to a single existing page. This covers minor content changes, image swaps, section edits, or small fixes that go beyond routine maintenance. Ideal when you have a specific, contained request that doesn't require building anything new.
Updates across multiple pages of your existing website. This tier handles content refreshes, layout improvements across sections, and design adjustments that span more than one page. Best for a partial site refresh or a set of related changes.
A complete website designed and built from the ground up. Includes up to 3 custom pages plus a contact page. We handle design, development, mobile optimization, and launch. Domain registration is billed separately if needed. No monthly or annual plan required to purchase.
A full redesign of your existing website. We'll rebuild your site's visual identity, layout structure, typography, and overall look from the ground up while keeping all of your current content. Includes up to 3 pages. This is a separate one-time project and is not included in any plan. Additional pages beyond 3 are billed at the standard per-page rate. You'll see a preview before anything goes live.
A one-time fee charged when you start a new monthly WebEaze subscription. It covers the initial design work, development, and launch of your website. This fee is not charged on annual plans, where it is built into the annual pricing.
If you previously canceled your WebEaze plan and want to reactivate service, this fee covers restoring your site, reconnecting hosting, and resuming active management. The exact fee may vary depending on how long the site has been inactive and whether files were retained.
By default, WebEaze sites include a small "Built by WebEaze" credit in the footer. This is a one-time fee to remove it permanently. Once paid, the credit won't be reinstated.
If you cancel your plan within the first 12 months and want to take your website files to another provider, this fee covers packaging your site, coordinating with your new host, and transferring the files. Plans active for 12 months or more may transfer at no charge. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
If WebEaze registered a domain on your behalf during onboarding, and you later cancel or transfer to another provider, this fee covers releasing that domain to you or your new registrar. Without this fee, the domain may lapse and become publicly available after expiration.
Register an additional domain name for your business, such as a second variation of your brand or a domain for a new location or campaign. Includes the first year of registration. Annual renewal is handled separately and at cost.
These services are billed alongside your monthly subscription. They can be added or removed at any time by contacting us. One-time setup fees within this section are charged once, with the recurring charge starting the following billing cycle.
Each WebEaze plan includes a set number of pages. If you need pages beyond that limit, each additional page is a one-time fee that covers design, layout, and content setup. There's no additional recurring charge per page after the initial build fee.
Full setup of an online store on your website, including product listings, shopping cart, and checkout flow. Covers the first 12 months of platform fees for the e-commerce integration. Ongoing platform costs after that period are billed at cost. Best for businesses selling physical products, services, or digital downloads online.
We set up a live chat widget on your website using a platform of your choice, such as Tawk, Meta Messenger, or a similar tool. This fee covers the integration and configuration. The chat provider itself is usually free or low-cost, and any ongoing provider fees are separate from this charge.
We actively manage your Google Business Profile on an ongoing monthly basis. This includes posting updates, keeping your business hours and information current, responding to reviews, and optimizing your listing for local search visibility. Included at no extra cost with the Growth plan.
Monthly design and delivery of an email newsletter to your subscriber list. We handle layout, copywriting assistance, and scheduling. Requires an existing email list and a connected email marketing platform such as Mailchimp or similar.
A custom AI assistant embedded on your website and trained on your business information. It answers visitor questions around the clock, captures contact details, and routes leads to you. Setup includes training the model on your services, hours, pricing, and frequently asked questions.
We manage your paid advertising on Google, Facebook, and Instagram. This covers campaign strategy, ad creative, audience targeting, and monthly performance optimization. Your ad spend budget is paid directly to the platform and is separate from this management fee.
These are specialized builds that require development work beyond standard updates. Prices below are starting points. Complex or heavily customized requests may be quoted higher after a brief review. We always confirm the final price before starting.
Building a custom form or connecting your website to a third-party system such as a CRM, lead management tool, or job application portal. This covers the development, testing, and connection setup. Examples include multi-step intake forms, HubSpot integrations, and contact-to-CRM pipelines.
Integration of a scheduling or appointment booking tool into your website. We support Calendly, Square Appointments, Acuity, and similar platforms. This fee covers the embed, configuration, and any styling needed to match your site. Your subscription to the booking platform itself is managed and billed directly by you.
A standalone page built for a specific marketing campaign, promotion, or ad. Designed to convert visitors into leads or customers, with a focused layout, clear call to action, and optional conversion tracking setup. Ideal for paid ad campaigns or seasonal promotions that need their own destination.
Standard image optimization and resizing is included in your plan. This fee applies to batches that exceed 8 advanced edits, such as background removal, complex compositing, or significant retouching. Minor overages may be waived at our discretion for occasional requests.
Standard turnaround is 24 to 48 hours during regular business hours. If you need something faster or outside of normal hours, the fees below apply. Rush requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
Your request is completed within the same business day it is submitted. This applies to requests received during regular business hours that need to be done before end of day. Not available for complex builds or multi-page projects. Subject to team availability at time of request.
Requests submitted or requiring completion outside of standard Monday through Friday business hours. This includes evenings, weekends, and observed holidays.
